If you want to remove the theme from WordPress, your theme needs to be deactivated first,
Then navigate to Dashboard->Appearance->Themes, Hover the theme you want to delete, then click the “Theme Details” button.

Once when the theme details popup window appears, you will see the “Delete” link on the bottom.
