* Removed vcSetAsTheme for WPBakery Page Builder.

I have checked and I can confirm that we have removed vcSetAsTheme function from theme last year and your WPBakery plugin is also up to date.

So I cannot tell you exactly why there is no option for license inside the plugin, try asking Visual Composer stuff for the help with the situation.
