First, make sure your plugins and the theme are up to date(I see you have the theme version 1.4.9.3., the current version of the theme is1.4.9.4)
If you updated the theme and plugins and the problem still occurs,
Please give me your WP Admin Login Credentials in the private reply, so I can check the problem directly on your website backend.

PS: Also, there can be a possibility that some of the plugins you have activated have some sort of conflict with the theme. I suggest you deactivate all the plugins temporarily, If after that the number appears, activate plugins one by one until the problem reappears. On that way, you can find the problematic plugin. (if any).
Also, try to switch temporarily to the default WordPress theme to see what happens then.
If you find that there’s some conflict please let us know.
