As per out check, your SEO settings are perfect.

It’s because Google crawlers(Google search engine bots who index and updates every websites to their search engine) need some time to re-crawl your site’s latest metadata. It may take 3-7 days.

In the meantime you can submit your site’s sitemap to Google search console, edit your site’s Robots.txt file for speed up the process.
