That’s very normal since Visual Composer comes with Agama Pro with bundled license and purchase code is not included in package.
Visual Composer is bundled with Agama Pro mainly because our “Vision Shortcodes” are implemented in it and that’s working normally without needed a purchase code.
However for accessing to Visual Composer templates library you will need to buy Visual Composer from Envato market.
