Hello Graf,
LayerSlider, Visual Composer & Revolution Slider are working properly without activation code.
However if you want to access a bundled plugins premium data like importing demo sliders or accessing to Visual Composer templates you will need to buy a purchase codes for bundled plugins since they are come with Agama Pro with bundled license.
Besides that everything is working normally so i do not agree with you that they are not working properly.
