The main issue is when a newbie to the WordPress trying to setup a complex theme so it’s normally that you will have a headache.
I suggest you to hire a freelancer and let him know your desired customizations so he can configure everything for you… i know the easiest part is to blame a theme… that’s happens many times but mostly from newbies.
As i can see on your website it is not looking good in any way… i can give you more than 100 examples of how other clients setup Agama Pro theme to look very Pro and responsiveness is very good.
I’m sorry if my words are too sharp but i must tell you what i feel what’s main issue is in your case.
