You need to create 2 new pages from Admin Dashboard -> Pages -> Add New, name one page “Home” and second “Blog”.

After that go to Admin Dashboard -> Settings -> Reading -> Static front page and choose for “Front Page” newly created “Home” and for Posts Page choose newly created “Blog” page.

That’s all you need to do.
