Actually disabling pre-loader is very easy & there is 2 ways you caon do it:
1. Disable it globally on all pages, go to Agama Options->Layout. Screen here: http://prntscr.com/8t15rb
2. Disable it for single post or page, go to your desired page & under Agama Options metabox select layout and disable preloade. Screen here: http://prntscr.com/8t16h1
