Additional top menu

How would i add an additional top menu to my site?
I currently use the standard one which sits above the header on the left, but I want to add a second, separate one that sits to the right hand side of the screen, and i want to put an icon with text there and i want them both to sit on the same level as my header. I’ve made a wireframe example in the google drive link below:

Hello Bytesit!

Unfortunately, there is no way to do this without modifying the theme files. (which I do not recommend to you).

Maybe you can try to add floating menus using some of the plugins available.
