Agama plugins not registering

Hello, a few days ago I downloaded the Agama Pro theme, with their respective plugins, Slider Revolution, Vision Core and WPBakery Visual Composer.
I want to update them but it gives me internal server error message every time I want to do that. What is the problem?
I know I need them to work with the Agama theme and I need updated, so… a little help please?

To update plugins you need to register theme first.

i have the same problem. since I registered and installed the plugins nothing works.
please help! This is my second time. last time i had to have wp uninstalled completely to make it right.

I checked the site and found that you had a plugins conflict so I deactivate
the problematic plugins and now everything works well.

I have checked also the issues you have with your website, i can confirm this is mostly hosting server issues combined with one or more plugins… we can investigate further and try to resolve all issues only if you provide us FTP host, user & pass in private reply.
