I finally have access! Yay!

Ok, so I just discovered that my website should be on the child theme. Can you guide me towards getting my entire website onto that? Will it change or negatively impact anything I have already set up?

That’s happening because you have enabled the “Mobile theme” in your Jetpack plugin.
Please check the next post to fix that:

The “About” Page was created using the Elementor page builder, so it needs to be edited using the Elementor.

Please follow the steps below to edit pages created by Elementor:

First, Check if the Elementor plugin is active.

1.Go to: Dashboard->Plugins->Add new… and install and Activate the Classic Editor plugin.

2. Then Go to Dashboard->Pages… About…Edit

3. Click the “Edit with Elementor” button to edit your content.
