Agama Pro Color Customization Not Functional

I am using the Agama Pro theme and one of its functions is not working for me: I was hoping you could help me fix this.

I am trying to change the theme colors. I go to Theme > Customization > General > Skins and then I select the colors I want. The color selections do not update in real time showing me what the site would look like, nor does clicking “Save and Submit” elicit any change in the website itself.

How can I correct this error?

EDIT: In fact, I run up against this problem in Customization in general: Anywhere I try to change the color is simply unresponsive.

What version of Agama Pro you are using ?

Can you provide us admin user/pass and website url in private reply ?

I am running version 1.3.6. When I select the color and hit the “default” button, the box next to it populates with the boolean value false.

What exactly option you are changing and where so i can confirm there is a bug ?

By option do you mean color option? I can’t change any color. In customization, I go to General > Skins > and try to change the default green colors. It doesn’t work

Do you mean: General -> Skins -> Primary Color ?

Please send us in private reply your website url & admin user/pass (or create new temporary admin user for us).
