Today I bought Agama Pro and installed it according to the specified instructions, after clicking the “Activate” button, the site completely flies with the admin panel. The site has to be restored manually. What to do?

    Hello Roman!

I do not understand your problem.
Does your Agama pro theme do not work at all, or have you lost the settings that you had on the previous theme?
If you’ve previously used Agama theme you can migrate your site with all the settings. If this is the case, check out the video guide in the link below

    http://docs.theme-vision.com/article/migration-from-agama-free-to-agama-pro/
When you install and activate your theme, you will be notified at the top of the screen that you need to install the necessary plugins. Click on the notification and install all plugins.
Please check once again the Theme installation guide. The next step, after installation, is to register the theme.

I did everything according to these instructions. After the topic is uploaded to the admin panel, the “Activate” button appears, after clicking it, the entire admin area is cut down, and it is no longer available. Until then manually delete it from the site. no notification at the top of the screen does not appear. I threw you the password from the admin panel in the Facebook messenger. Check, please.

    Hello @Roman,

I have noticed that plugin called “NavMenu Addon For Elementor” is incompatible with our theme so that’s why you get error once you activate Agama Pro theme.

I have resolved the issue but i suggest you to disable stated plugin (until we release fix) so you do not face same issue in future.

    Best Regards
