Agama Pro is not installed and not activated

Unable to install Agama Pro – white screen after activating the theme. Perform the installation without setupguide.

Later I took advantage of the instructions – I installed additional plugins, but I can’t activate the product (core vision plugin). After entering the mail and ID, nothing happens, the error is “invalid mail or ID” (although I enter them correctly).

Please help!
