Agama Pro theme becomes Agama Pro plugin

Any update on this? We are still on Agama Pro Theme and running into issues and it sounds like we need to switch to Agama Pro Plugin.
We have lifetime premium support and that no longer appears to work, cannot submit tickets the page is broken. The knowledge base is gone. The announcement page is gone for this switch. Need help for this transition.
