All we wanted to do was turn on the Agama Pro features which allowed for more functionality… but there does not seem to be a step by step guide on how to update and activate agama Pro in a manner so as not to create this problem.

We made modifications to menus etc and lose everything once we activate agama pro.

    Please help.

    Thanks.

    Hello Richard,

There is Migrate Agama to Agama Pro settings feature (if you used Agama and not Agama Blue theme previously).

To proceed with settings migration you need to go: Theme Vision -> Migrate & click on “Start Migration Process” button.

    Check screen below:

If that will not work for you, you will need to send us in private reply your website url & admin user/pass and we will do free manual migration for you.

    Best Regards

I just started with Agama and then upgraded to Pro and the sliders won’t show up. It’s like everything erased. But all the setting are there and set for all the pieces to show up. They just won’t I like what was in the free version but wanted more functionality and instead I have less. How can I get this fixed?
