    Gracias

    Hello, Alejandro!

How do you create your page?
Which page template are you using?

    Gracias por la respuesta.

Estoy creando la web con Elementor Pro. He provado a descativar los plugins y tampoco funciona.

    Gracias

Can you give me your WP login credentials in the private reply, so I can check directly on your website?

    Hello, Alejandro!

It seems you have enabled some security restrictions on your website, so I can’t log in

    Hello Alejandro!

If everything is working properly on your side, make sure if you have some access restriction plugins active. If you are not sure which plugin can cause this, try deactivating all currently active plugins and then let me know so I can try to log in. See the following article to learn more about what could be causing the error.

Anyway, I informed the head developer about this bug and he promised to test this on our localhost test website and see if there is any problem. If we find that the problem is on our side, we will release a bug-fix update.

    Regards

    Hello,

Unfortunately, I have still the same problem… https://prnt.sc/sfjs96
If you can log in to your website normally then on your website or your server, must exist some security restrictions that block the access from my IP address (we are in Europe)

The most common cause for the 403 Forbidden error in WordPress is due to poorly configured security plugins. Many WordPress security plugins can block an IP address (or a whole range of IP addresses) if they believe them to be malicious.
Another possible cause could be a corrupt .htaccess file or incorrect file permissions on your server.
    Please check the following article:

    Regards
