    Hi there

I’m setting up a new site for our school, and have been asked to modify the front page slightly so that above the blog posts there is a header reading ‘Latest News’ or similar.

Where can I modify this / do I need to edit the css file? How would I achieve this?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello, there!

Unfortunately, for now, there are no option to add the title, to the Blog Posts. (Maybe we can implement it in the some of next theme updates)

But until then you can do that in another way…

To insert a title above the Blog post, your Frontpage needs to be a Static,
So to make it a static, follow the next guide, from our knowledge base.

Once when you created the Static FrontPage, enable the slider on it, following next guide.

    next,
go to Customizing->Front Page Boxes->General menu, and set the Front Page Boxes Visibility to the “Front Page”
    https://prnt.sc/khzkvz

    Finally,
Add your blog posts and title above it using a WP_Bakery page builder plugin, following next video guide.

Thanks for your reply. I’m having a go at changing to a static home page, and have set the page up with a slider and I’m sure I can make the blog mimic the blog style front page. However I seem to lose the front page boxes when I change to static – is there a way I can still make those appear?

    Hi,
As I explained to you in the previous post…

go to Customizing->Front Page Boxes->General menu, and set the Front Page Boxes Visibility to the “Front Page”
    https://prnt.sc/khzkvz

That should help you to show the boxes on the static front page.

    Regards
