Broken plugins after upgrading to Pro

I was previously using the free agama theme with the Checkout Fields Manager for WooCommerce by QuadLayers and the MultiStep Checkout for WooCommerce by ThemeHigh plugins and it worked beautifully! I recently upgraded to the Agama Pro theme and it seems to have broken the checkout fields manager plugin. The plugin still allows me to add/remove custom fields and the multistep checkout is working but in the settings I have the option to have the fields be the entire line or to show up on the left or right (so rather than having first name on the first line and last name on the second line it has first name on the left of the first line and last name on the right of the first line). I’ve already tried deactivating all the other plugins and still had the issue. The only thing that has changed is the upgrade to Agama Pro. Can you tell me what I need to do to get this fixed?
