Cannot Access Product License for Template Library

I’ve been in contact with Micheal @ WP Bakery and Envato Support as well. Neither have been able to resolve the issue and referred me to Theme Support (Hi 🙂

So, I’ve purchased the Envato license key. EVerything is updated. However, when I open my Visual Composer menu within WordPress, the “Product License” menu option is now showing, therefore, I cannot “activate license” to access the VC Template Library.

And that’s all I want for Christmas is the Template Library! lol

Hello there!

To solve this, please follow steps below:

1) Switch from Agama Pro theme to any WordPress default theme.

2) Deactivate Vision Core plugin.

3) Reinstall Visual Composer plugin.

4) Activate Visual Composer plugin.

5) Register Visual Composer plugin.

6) Activate Vision Core plugin

7) Activate Agama Pro theme.
