I just tested this on my test environment and didn’t found any problem there, so I suppose that the problem must be somewhere on your side.
The problem you describe can easily be caused by incompatibility with some of your currently active plugins.
If you want to discover what exact plugin causes the error, you can temporarily disable all the active plugins, then if the problem is fixed, activate the plugins one by one until the problem reoccurs, so on that way, you will find the problematic plugin(s), then replace it with some similar or let us know what exact plugin causes the error, so we can try to fix the incompatibility.
Also, check that everything is up to date (update if necessary).
If the problem persists after trying the above solutions, let me know when your site becomes active so I can test it by myself.
