Changing primary and top menu color

Hello,
I am looking to change the colors of the page tags in the menu bar. Both primary and top. I want to change it to white.Is is also possible to change the font of the page tags in the menu?
Any help with this please? Thanks so much in advance!

Customizing->Navigations->Navigation Top
and
Customizing->Navigations->Navigation Primary
