Comments form

I need to change the language of the comments form, how can I do that?
I would like to ask only for 2 fields on that form: email and name, is it possible to change it?

And it also appears this text below:
“You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””> <b>

<cite> <i> <q cite=""> <s> <strike> "

How can I delete it?

Hello anaisabel,

Not right now but we are constantly working to improve theme so you can except this very soon possible.

For second issue you need to search forums since this is already answered few times but we will also include option for disabling it from customizer page.
