    Hi there,

    is there any way to have a customizable contact form?

    Something similar to the contact page but customizable and to be used on certain pages only.

    Unfortunately, no.

    You can use some of the contact forms plugins available…

    About the Contact page:

    how can I insert a few lines before and after the nice form?

    Hi,

    As I wrote to you before, if you want to create a custom contact page, it’s best to use one of the
    available plugins.
    But if you already want to change the Contact form template (which I do not recommend to you), then
    this post     may help you with that.
