ParticipantDear Support Forum,
I’d like to customize the static Posts page from the theme, which has a perfect layout for my Website.
The only Problem I’m facing is, that i can’t customize this page. I want to have the Header which i used for all other pages, and I want to use my sidebar.
To Show it on the real Website:
http://www.geo-partner.at/news-alt/
This layout should be used with the Header and sidebar from this page: http://www.geo-partner.at/news
Is this somehow possible?
Thank you very much for your answer,

ModeratorHello Alex!
Unfortunately, for now, you can’t have a header image on the Blog page.
We will add this option in the next theme update. In the meantime, You can create a new page for the blog (news), and set up a blog on that page with the WP Bakery page builder Blog elements.
In that case, you can have a header image.

ModeratorHello, there!
Sorry for the late answer!
In the meantime, we have fixed the problem with the Header-Image.Until we release the next theme update,(which will include this repair), you can manually fix it, so if you decide to do that, please follow the steps below:
1.Log-in to your hosting space (server) via FTP client.
Then, on your server, find the agama-pro folder in the theme folder
(path should be this: … / wp-content / themes / agama-pro /)2. Replace the
class-agama-header-image.php
file inside thewp-content/themes/agama-pro/framework/
folder.
with this one:
class-agama-header-image.phpThat’s all! , your header-image on post page should now work.
Slider should work. Are you sure you did not turn it off using any Custom CSS code, or Plugin?

ParticipantHi Zex,
you answer very fast, not late 🙂
Thanks for your new php-function!! it works great!unfortunately the Sidebar does not work. Previously i used the Plugin “Custom Sidebar – Dynamic Widget Area Manager” but I deactivated and deinstalled it.
To set up if the sidebar is active I’m using the agama settings within the page creation wizard. Unfortunately I can see no change by acivating or deactivating the sidebar.I’m also using a plugin called “custom widget area”.
Could it be possible that any plugin causes the problems?
Thanks in advanced,

ModeratorHello Alex,
It’s very likely that you have a problem with some plug-ins that you’ve activated.
To find if that is the case try to deactivate ALL plugins and check the sidebar.
If the problem is gone, activate the plugins one by one until the problem occurs again, then you will know which plugin causes the problem. If you tried this and still no success, please, give me your WordPress login credentials in the private reply (check the “set as private reply” checkbox below the post), so I can check directly what’s going on.
Best Regards

ModeratorHello, Alex!
I solved the problem with the sidebar.
You had a conflict with the sidebar.php file you copied in the agama-pro-child folder from the agama-blue theme. I deleted the specified file and now the sidebar is displayed on the “news” page.Best Regards
