How can I force to disable ie compatibility mode without using a plugin?

Unfortunately, there is no option to do that without using a plugin.

I have a more serious problem now on dev.proactif.lu. At the bottom you can see that the blog grid doesn’t show 3 blogs in a row. It did it before until I changed the background color. I can’t do it back again. I tried to create a new grid template but they won’t stay in a row.I tried everything. The only way is the keep the default templates. Any ideas?
