    Moved a copy of the work site for modification and testing by Duplicator plugin.
    The transfer process has been completed normally.
    But when accessing the site at the new address – Menu, Page names etc. were replaced with signs ???
    Рreviously they were displayed in Russian/
    How can this be fixed?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your concern.
    Is everything is working on real site?
    Can you send URL of both sites
    and login temporary login details. sometime menu need to reset.

    Hi,

    I have checked test site. Seems duplicator plugin doesn’t transfer all data. instead of using duplicator
    plugins to copy site, you can copy all files and database through server cpanel.

    It seems to me that the problem is coding.
    Can I manually edit the encoding.

    I contacted hosting support and was referred back to the developer.
    I see that my problem is related to coding violation and I think that it is easy to correct, but you need to know the place in the system/
    Is it possible to determine?

    I have checked issue on test site. seems Duplicator plugin may not work properly.
    I can help to transfer database from real site to test site by using cpanel.
