What error message do you get?
First, make sure you exactly followed the Installation and registration procedure:

please check twice inserted data it’s a common mistake that customer leaves empty space before or after the data.
If you exactly followed the registration procedure, and still no success, please check the version of your vision core plugin.

It needs to be in the latest version (1.1.9), update it if needed.
If the automatic update function failed,update it using the steps from the post linked below:

Then try to register your theme.
