Footer, not work fine

Hi,
i have the problem, that the footer for copyright, have the wrong background color:

after changing the color from green to white and from white to green it work in customizer – but not on the “frontend” website.

? – what can i do ? should i add the color into custom css on the class
like !important can fix it – but i think you will find better solutions

I just tested these options on our test sites and I did not encounter the problem you are describing.
It’s most likely you have a conflict with some of the plugins you have activated, so I suggest you check the plugins first.
Deactivate ALL plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem.
If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).

If that doesn’t help you, you have two options:

1. Give us the WP login credentials in the private reply , so we can check this directly on your website.
or
2. Insert the custom CSS code to change that color.

Hello @stoffl,

I have resolved issue with social icons.

There is no any issue in the footer area itself… you can’t have both footer background color and footer background image set at once… if you set footer image background than background color will be set as transparent by current code.

What do you want to achieve with footer area exactly ?

yes footer with background image – and copyright footer with “color”.
but so with full “picutre background” it is also ok for me.

what was the issue on social icons?

I will see if i can make code changes to make this possible in next update.

There was small bug into code itself which was using default English translation for outputting phone and email icons but now that’s resolved once for all.
