I elected to receive support replies to questions submitted to the forum via email. I submitted a question yesterday, which was answered, however the email notification did not arrive. I had to manually check the forum to see when the answer was posted.
I checked,” “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” for this question (scroll down too see that it is checked) but I didn’t receive the reply via email. This also happened with other questions I asked in this forum. I checked my ‘junk mailbox’ and the reply wasn’t there either.
