Frontpage box images

Hello,

I have bought the thema today, after testing the free version. One thing is, I have to do a lot of work again after the change from free to the Pro-Version. All settings are lost, all pictures are lost, that was annoying me. A lot of trouble. Sorry to say that, because your theme looks great, but this additional work is not great.

Second thing is: the frontpage box images take more than the whole side. In the free version the size was perfect, but now I have to make the pictures smaller. That is a no going thing.

The third thing: the setting “only visible on Homepage/Startpage” does not work. This works on the free version better too.

I am dissatisfied and unhappy. The free version works better than the Pro. 🙁

Hello Marion,

1) The migration from FREE to PRO version will be implemented into new theme update very quickly. Until that you can send me your website url & admin user/pass so i can migrate it manually for you.

2) I need your website to confirm this & proper update will be released quickly.

3) I need to check this and confirm & proper update will be released quickly if this is true.

The PRO version is much much better than free and when you buy a theme you are accepting that some bugs my appear and that’s why support forum exists so you can notify us about issues and we will provide a quick updates which can be solved really quickly so i do not see any reason for being a dissatisfied.

Thank you very much for your immediate response.

The PRO Version is very good, also the tools your have included with your theme. Thank you. I was sitting the whole day to solve the problems. So sorry, that I am angry. Dissapointed might be not the right word, maybe nerved sounds better. So I am nerved.

I have migrate the Pro theme, and I make the settings I have done. I am in the beginning to create a new homepage. And while testing some themes I have seen that some settings, photos and so on can be lost. So I decide in an early time to buy your theme, before my page is finished.

But in my opinion the PRO Version has two bugs:

1) Front page boxes #1, #2, ….:
If I put an image instead using an icon, the image is very big, it takes the whole side. If you change the image Width, it does not help. in my opinion no function. It doesn’t matter if you choose 1 or 2 or 100 nothing happens.
2) Front page boxes General:
The Visibility on the Homepage-Side is only in function if you activate All pages. The visibility is not on, if you select homepage.

Please tell me, if you can solve this without my admin user/pass or if you need it.

I need your admin user/pass since the issues you have described could be a due to some plugin incompatibility with theme code or similar since there are not any other reports besides yours about those bugs.

You have a “Set as private reply” checkbox so you can send me admin user/pass in private reply or contact me directly on kdonet at gmail dot com

Also we will need a website url too 😉
