Functions with Agama does not work anymore with Agama Pro :-(

Hello. I bought your “Agama Pro” theme. With the old “Agama” theme, a developer had made a “Inscription” page to allow me to request information from my customers and to offer them additional training corresponding to their response and it worked perfectly. Today when I try to put the theme “Agama Pro” this form does not work correctly anymore. How can I proceed to have the new theme with the necessary functions?
