On a mobile device, the form at the very bottom of this blog is TINY. How do I make it bigger so it fits with the actual sizing of the blog text and images?

Unfortunately, this is the best that plugin can do.
If you want responsive forms, there are plenty of good plugins available:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/5-best-contact-form-plugins-for-wordpress-compared/
I suggest you use the WP Forms plugin instead.
