    Hi team,
Our site has gone live only to find that the menu links and internal links do not respond on mobile devices using Google Chrome. At times, those using Microsoft Edge also have a similar problem. Those on iPhones have a jurky scroll.
    Please advise.
    Cheers

    Hello,Kym!

That can be a problem with plugins.
Please try to deactivate plugins first as I suggested you in the post # 8270,

If it does not help you, give me your WP login information in a private answer so I can check directly at your site.

    Regards

    Hi,

It looks like the nice scroll option located in the Customize-> General-> Extra menu causes this problem, so I turned it off.

We will fix that in the next theme update.

    Zex,
Further testing on S7 proved positive.
iPhone and iPad all good too.
Need to know what the problem was so I can pass it onto my tech.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Problem is definitely a nice scroll option. So the only solution, for now, is to stay off.

For now, I mark the problem as resolved.

Here’s a new one for you.
The issue you fixed the other day has been great. Thank you
However, we appear to have another.
On some platforms, mainly Mac, links to the site land on a page that tells the guest No Boundaries site is for sale! Is this a theme issue?
Also one page shows half width but the table shows full width on my Samsung phone. All other pages are ok.
    Ideas?
    Cheers

    Hello, Kym!

That’s definitely not a theme issue. I suggest you contact your hosting provider.

    next,

The problem with the specified page is due to the table you added to the page. I suggest you check the table settings because when I remove it, the page works normally.
