Header issue and difference between Index page and others

Hello,
I have recently had a problem with my header on my website. I dont know why the header is very well in my Index page but not for other pages. I should have add an additional css to have a corect size header for all my pages :

float: left;
}
”
but this is not normal to do this.
In addition I still have a problem with the arrow just right the word “articles” in the menu which not appear in other pages.

How is this possible to have a different code for the index page and the others in the header which is set for all the pages ?
