Header resizes on loading

The header is still not working properly. Could you let me know if there’s a solution on the way? Maybe switching back to the free theme temporarily until the problem is solved?

I will check if the issue appears when activating the slider instead of the header image.

I see you have resolved issue by turning off header stretching… the issues is unique and i can guarantee it is not theme issue since this is happening only on your website so it’s probably plugin related issue but if you are satisfied how it is right now we can mark thread as resolved.

Hi Jerry,

Unfortunately the issue is not resolved yet. Turning of header stretching did work in the free theme, not in the premium version.
Furthermore, the use of slider instead of header image also did not solve the problem with the logo jumping up. I also changed the logo for a smaller version without any result.

Could you have another look at it? As mentioned before, this wasn’t the case in the free version of the theme so maybe its a plugin in the theme-vision package?

Thank you for your reply.
I updated the theme with resulted in the logo and menu above and not aside. And the dropdown icon changed into a square. It looks not professional. I changed it now to header V1 but do not know how to change the square icon. I can send you a screenshot. Uploading is not available in this message.

I also do not see the agama pro theme in my ftp files. Because I cannot make changes anymore into the php files in WordPress sincs agama pro I want to do this via FTP.

Could you let me know asap how to fix these issues?

Please go to Customising-> General-> Extra menu and make sure FontAwesome is enabled.

I do not recommend you to make changes in the theme core files, but if you already want to do it,
you need to Log-in to your hosting space (server) via FTP client.
The agama-pro folder should be in the theme folder on your server.
(path should be this: … / wp-content / themes / agama-pro /)
