Header transparency & font size on mobile

Hi there!

I want to ask if there’s any way I could resize the font of a site title in a header, but only for the mobile version? I’m using Header V2.

The font size is one thing, another is the transparency of the shrinking header in the mobile – the header itself while being shrinked turns into a solid header. Is there any way to stick it and make it transparent as on a desktop version?

Would appreciate any help on it.
