Hero image at the top of a blog page

Hi. I’m trying to get a hero image at the top of my blog page, but for some reason, I cannot edit the page either with WP classic or with Elementor (which is the builder that you had me download when installing Agama Pro). Can you provide documentation on how to do this? It doesn’t’ seem like it should be this hard.
