I’m trying to install and activate Agama Blue as a child theme on Agama Pro. I own Agama Pro and can activate it without any problems. But when I activate Agama Blue and then go to customize the appearance, I still see the red “Extend Agama” label with a blue “Upgrade to Pro” button. It should know that I am already using Agama Pro, shouldn’t it?
The Agama-Blue theme is a child theme of the Agama (free)theme, not the Agama-Pro.
When you purchased the Agama-Pro theme, you got a completely new theme.
You can download and install the Agama-Pro child theme if you want the child theme, then migrate your settings from the Agama-Blue theme to it.
There is a migration option, to help you to migrate all the settings from your Agama to Agama-Pro theme.
Please check the video guide:
Also, we can move your web site from Agama-Blue to Agama-Pro for you, so you do not have to worry about the migration (you will not lose anything you have ).
In that case, we will need the address to your website and WP admin username/ password.
