How to modify mobile menu’s location?

Hi people, the problem is that my website works great when I am on my desktop. However when I use the mobile version, the collapse menu and the shopping cart’s icon which would normally be part of the menu using a desktop suddenly are in a very inconvenient and poor location. Just below my logo and above my video header. Is there any option or CSS to change this? Thank you.
