I’m having issues with theme responsiveness. When I looked through other posts, it seems like it might be fixed by a theme update, however I cannot update the theme through my dashboard, and the download link I have from May 9 is for v. 1.3.6.

It is installed on a multisite, and no update is available. Who can I contact privately with admin credentials?

    Hello Katina,

Please set themevisionsupport user as administrator.

Let me know when you do it.

The user is already superadministrator for the network, you can access everything. To edit the theme, you have to go to the network view.

I have updated successfully latest version of Agama Pro theme on your website.

The automatic update is not working for network sites so i had to do it manually but i hope bug fix will be released soon for this issue.

However the non-responsive issue in Visual Composer is unknown for me right now, please do not delete the admin user you created for us for 1-2 days more so i can investigate more what is causing this issue.

    Update:

I have found that “Disable responsive content elements” in Visual Composer General Settings was enabled and that’s mostly caused the issue with Visual Composer elements not responsiveness.

I have unchecked this feature and responsiveness started working, check next screen: http://prntscr.com/fk2fyq

I’m still seeing the same issue. I opened a different browser, so it’s not a caching issue. Here’s a screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zlklwc1dtz1xlxt/Screenshot%202017-06-15%2010.38.36.png?dl=0
