HTM1 not detected by MozBar or SEOquake

Hi!
When I write the title of the page or the product, yoast detects it as H1 but once published when making checks with Mozbar or with SeoQuake no H1 appears, I have to put another one in the body of the text to be detected. In addition, H2s are not shown on published products or pages. Can you help me with this?Hello,
On what exact pages are the problems?
From what I can see there is no problem with the headings.
