HTTP 500 Error upon installation

Hi there,
I’m unable to customize the newly installed Agama Pro either through the general wordpress customization panel (http 500 error) or through the visual composer (loads forever). I have everything updated to the latest version (wordpress, plugins) and tried to disable some of the other extensions already. Is there a simple solution I’m missing here? Thanks for your help,

Sorry for delay, we are barely active on weekends but since you have a big issue i’m here to assist you 🙂

Can you share in private reply your website url & admin user/pass so i can check what’s going on ?

This is not normal behavior of Agama Pro theme and it could happen due to your hosting provider limitations.

Anyway if you share listed details i can do quick investigation and try to resolve the issues you have.

Hi Jerry,

thanks for getting back to me. So far I fixed the problem by reinstalling the theme and all the dependable plugins. I also rolled back all the plugins to the version that came bundled with your theme – I am thinking some of the newer versions may be incompatible & causing issues.

I already had a chat with my hosting provider but all is well on their side and this issue was theme-specific, so I believe we can eliminate this option.

Many thanks for help so far, I will do the customizations on the original bundle version of the theme, as this has been working well for now. If I come across any major issues, I’m gonna let you know so we can look into it together!
