Hello Theme Vision,
I have an issue on “Agama Pro” theme now.
I have been using Agama Free theme now, but I purchased Agama Pro lately.
I installed both Agama Pro theme and Agama Pro Child theme in my WordPress.
Then I thought I am editing Agama Pro Child theme, but the theme I actually edited was “Agama Pro” theme(It was not Agama Pro Child theme).
The place I edited in Agama Pro theme: Appearamce >> Customise.
The thing Iedited in Agama Pro theme: I changed a header image and changed some text colours and edited Front Page Boxes, etc. I have not edited “Additional CSS” yet.
And I though the theme I am editing was Agama Pro theme, I published “Agama Pro” theme.
I awoke this is Agama Pro, so I changed back to Agama Free theme now.
Then I deleted “Agama Pro theme” and “Agama Pro Child theme” from WordPress for resetting “Agama Pro theme”.
And then I installed “Agama Pro theme” and “Agama Pro Child theme” again.
But If I check “Agama Pro” in Preview mode in WordPress, Amaga Pro theme is not default Amaga Pro theme.
So, I tried deleting “Agama Pro theme” and “Agama Pro Child theme” and installing “Agama Pro theme” and “Agama Pro Child theme” some times, but “Agama Pro theme” has never become defalut “Agama Pro theme”.
Of course, I deleted all caches in Browser and checked Preview mode from other computer, but “Agama Pro theme” has never become defalut “Agama Pro theme”.
I asked about this issue to my server company, they tald me that delete “Agama Pro theme and Agama Pro Child theme” and installe “Agama Pro theme and Agama Pro Child theme” again.
I did the methods they told me, but Agama Pro theme has never become default Agama Pro theme.
So I have a question: How can I reset to do to Agama Pro theme?January 9, 2019 at 10:00 am #11751
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can fix that for you? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
Don’t forget to select Set as private reply checkbox below the post.
This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
If you want, we are at your disposal to migrate all the settings from the free theme to the Agama-Pro (or child theme) for you.

I tried to log-in to your account, but, currently, that is not possible due to your server security restrictions.
So, first, please cancel the restriction from [WordPress security setting] in the server panel, or ask your hosting provider to do that for you.
Probably you need to change the International IP access restriction setting (we are in Europe)
Let me know when you do it so that I can continue to help you.

I have successfully logged-in now…

I have set up and registered your Agama-Pro theme, then I migrated content from the Agama-child (free) theme and finally created and activated the Agama-Pro-child theme on your site.
Now you can check your website.
I hope everything is fine right now.
