I have the free Agama theme. For my first 2 posts the featured images display fine on all pages.
However, I’ve added 2 new posts and now I find that the size of their featured images are different on certain pages, resulting in poorly cropped pictures.

My homepage, where I have posts in a grid layout, is fine (all the featured images are the same size). But when I go to one of the new post pages, the image doesn’t display properly because of a different size. The same problem is visible when I go to a category page where I have 2 results (my 1st post and the other is the new post that has this problem). The image for the 1st post is 300×169, but the image for the new post is 300×225 so it poorly cropped. See http://proceed2checkout.com/category/amazon-prime/

I don’t know how to fix.

    Hello, Basharun!

Actually, This forum is related to the issues of the Pro theme, the forum for the free theme is located at the following address: https://wordpress.org/support/theme/agama/

Anyway … I will try to help you.

If I understand you well, you would want to have a full (uncropped) feature image in a Single blog post. If this is the case, follow the steps below:
Go to Customizing ▸ Blog ▸ Single Post
and turn off the Featured image on the single post.

Then upload the same image as your featured image, in the post content, and set the size and alignment as you wish.

Maybe the next video will help you with that.
    Working with images

We prepare an update for the Pro theme in which we will add an option to turn off the auto-cropping for the featured images.

Thanks Zex, but if I understand what you’re saying, I should add the image in the post content box on the backend.

That doesn’t solve the problem completely, though. It now displays properly on the home page grid, and on the actual post page, but still not on the category archive page.
