Keep a bottom border into top menu

Do you mean possible to keep the bottom border of the topmenu when the visitor is displaying a child page ?

I will try to explain :
when i visit a 1rst level page the css menu page is backgroung-color grey with bottom border

but if i visit a submenu page the menu doesnt display you which child section I am

See on this picture, the bottom page is a child of the top menu Les Salaries/Candidats I would like to have If possible a pink bottom at the menu when I ‘m into a child page
