LayerSlider in Header

Hi
This may be obvious, sorry, but I’ve made a LayerSlider and I want this to go as a slider in the theme’s header. The options though only allow single images that change when you refresh, rather than transition every few seconds etc. Can I attach the LayerSlider via Agama Options > Header, or is there a better way? I tried making a page and inputting the shortcode in it but the slider is not fullwidth like the header images are.
