LayerSlider WP updates failure

Its seems this plugin which was purchased as a bundle does not want to receive updates in wordpress as its asking for registration which I have not received with my purchase with the Agama Pro.. Am I missing something ?

Hello Tony,

Yo do not need to activate LayerSlider to get automatic updates since ThemeVision is update provider for bundled plugins.

The newest update was not added to our update library so you didn’t see the update notice but i have added newest LayerSlider update to our library before 10 min so you can check your Admin Dashboard -> Updates page and proceed with the update.

Sorry but I am still not able to register this product as its asking for registration as shown below..

Hi Tony!

You do not need to activate LayerSlider.

Just go to Admin Dashboard -> Updates page and update Agama Pro theme.

Once you register your theme (http://docs.theme-vision.com/article/product-registration/) you automatically activated bundled plugins automatic updates feature for bundled plugins.

After that you just need to go Admin Dashboard -> Updates page and check if new updates is available.

The theme is registered ok however this particular plug in does not want to do the same so the issue is somewhere else I believe as its asking for an activation code

Tony you are here to believe what we say not what plugin says to you that activation code is required… as i said in above post once theme is registered the bundled plugins automatic update should working fine.

Can you share your website url and admin user/pass so i can check and see what’s exactly issue is ?

As i’m notified all plugins on your website are updated to the latest version.

You have confuses because when you go to plugins page some of bundled plugins asking to activate them to receive automatic updates… you can just ignore those notifications since we have implemented code in Agama Pro theme which is pulling all updates from our update library.
