Limit template file download

Hello!
There is a limit in my account for downloading the Template.
How can I update the Template if I cannot download it and the automatic update via WordPress does not come.

This template can be installed on an unlimited number of sites, but then how to update them?

You can’t increase number of download yourself. we have increased it from our system.
For now you have yo update manually, after compete auto update system, you can update automatically.
